The bonded Sherpa fleece is so soft against baby skin that most babies accept them without a fight, and the thumbless design keeps all digits together in one cozy space for maximum warmth and comfort. No separated thumb, no resistance, no fussing. 

The shape-retention ribbed cuff does the staying-on work without toggles or velcro — a snug, comfortable fit at the wrist that seals out cold air and holds through all the flailing and exploring that comes with this stage.
