ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 5 business days to process your order. We will send out a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent.

At this time we are only shipping within Canada. 

Shipments are sent out Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders can be picked up during regular business hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for  pickup.

Please note all shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable and all returns are done at the customer's expense. Refused shipments and shipments not picked up at shipping depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.

Some areas in Canada require higher than normal shipping fees due to the limited delivery options available. We will work with our couriers to secure the best rate possible and then be in contact with the customer for the shipping surcharge.
