Returns
In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase with original receipt on unopened, unused items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

- Furniture
- Mattresses
- Teethers & pacifiers
- Bathing items
- Feeding items
- Diapers & swim diapers
- Personal care products
- Nursing bras
The following items are final sale:
- Clearance items
- Items that have been removed or taken out of their original packaging
- Items that have been assembled or modified
- Special order items (including but not limited to all furniture)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Cancellation Policy
We are committed to fulfilling your orders in a timely matter, and therefore will only accept cancellations 30 minutes after the order being placed.

Please note that sending an email does not immediately cancel your order and we will be in touch with you to process. For any orders past the 30 minutes please refer to our return policy.
