TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) is a measure of how warm a sleep sack is. The higher the TOG rating, the warmer the sleep sack.

Choosing the right TOG helps keep your baby comfortable while they sleep without the need for loose blankets.

Remember that every baby is different. Some babies naturally sleep warmer or cooler than others, so always feel your baby's chest or back (rather than their hands or feet) to check if they're comfortable.

Which TOG Should I Choose?

Room Temperature Recommended TOG:

24–27°C (75–81°F) - 0.5 TOG

20–24°C (68–75°F) - 1.0 TOG

16–20°C (61–68°F) - 2.5 TOG
